The studio, one and two-bedroom apartments will be in Inglewood, 4km northeast of Perth’s CBD.

Designed by Klopper & Davis Architects, with the build managed by Spinnaker Developments, the apartment complex has been procured through the state government’s 'Call for Submissions for Social Housing' initiative.

The initiative invites private industry to help deliver liveable and sustainable apartment and grouped dwelling residential developments for social housing in Perth and regional Western Australia.

18,936 households are on the social housing waitlist in Western Australia, facing an average wait time of over two years. In total, there is an unmet need of 39,200 social and 19,300 affordable homes across WA.
