The business, which has been at the forefront of creating high-quality video courses for the care sector for over two decades, has appointed Roshmeen to lead its efforts in providing clinical leadership for national and overseas distributed learning resources, a crucial aspect of Altura Learning's expansion strategy.
In her new role at Altura Learning, Roshmeen will:
- Lead and mentor nurse educators;
- Represent Altura Learning in the industry, gaining insights and identifying production opportunities;
- Support commercial production through expertise in client meetings and tender submissions, and
- Drive continuous improvement in education team procedures and processes.
