Telstra Health, Australia’s largest digital health technology company, has signed a strategic relationship agreement with the national science agency CSIRO with the aim of fast-tracking the take-up of digital solutions across the health and aged care sector.
The partnership, which will leverage collective expertise, networks and products to collaborate on digital health initiatives, builds on past collaborations between CSIRO and Telstra Health, which include evaluating the benefits of aged care programs.
Telstra Health’s Managing Director, Elizabeth Koff AM, said the organisation had already seen a huge acceleration in the adoption of digital health solutions over the past few years.
“This non-exclusive agreement will accelerate further adoption, foster innovation and lead to real improvements in Australia’s health and aged care systems,” she said.
