Living Choice has opened four display apartments at its The Range development in the Adelaide suburb of Flagstaff Hill.
Billed as South Australia’s first integrated golf course and retirement village, Living Choice Flagstaff Hill played host to an open day where visitors were able to see the display units ahead of The Range’s official opening.
According to Living Choice, more than 90 people responded to the invitation to see the apartments.
“Seven of the 17 apartments have already been snapped up by clients keen to experience luxury living overlooking the picturesque Flagstaff Hill Golf Course.
“The display apartments range in size from the spacious one-bedroom Beth Page to the spectacular Oakmont penthouse with 226sqm of living and balcony space,” the operator said.
The first residents will move in from mid-November.
