Treeview Estates near Lithgow, NSW, opens redeveloped lifestyle centre

1 min read

The Treeview Estates retirement village in NSW’s Blue Mountains has opened its overhauled lifestyle centre after 12 months in development.

The 145-home village by Andrew Evetts constructed its final stage this year; its original lifestyle centre was opened in 2010, four years after it was established.

“The Lifestyle Centre opening is a very special event for the whole community, but particularly our residents,”
said Andrew (pictured).

“The Lifestyle Centre is the heart of the village and a critical asset for the community to use. It will be home to a wide variety of events and activities for residents during the day and evening, which is what makes retirement village living so exciting,” he said.

Andrew told The Weekly SOURCE that Treeview Estates is now complete, with the last few homes having been sold and occupied.

“The village has just celebrated its 15th birthday, with the first residents moving in on the 7th of December, 2007.

“The village now comprises 145 homes with more than 200 people living happily in the community,” he said.
