Stage 2 of Park Meadows by Uniting NSW.ACT in Westmead, 27km west of the Sydney CBD, has officially commenced, marked by a sod turning event at the site recently.
The new village, set for completion in 2027, includes 153 independent living units, an indoor pool, and spacious gathering and relaxation areas including a bowling green, playground, BBQ areas and alfresco dining.
The development extends the Stage 1 which consists of a co-located village and aged care, supported by Uniting’s home care and assisted living services.
Adrian Ciano, Head of Property Development at Uniting, said Stage 2 is the final step in realising Uniting’s vision for the Westmead community:
“The new development at Park Meadows will address the increasing demand for high-quality, contemporary accommodation for seniors in our local area.
