Up to 136% capital gain in seven years for residents at Ingenia Lifestyle’s Chambers Pines land lease community in Logan, QLD

With the final release of 19 homes sold out at the over 50s resort in Chambers Flat, 39km south of Brisbane’s CBD, priced from $345,000 to $615,000, The Weekly SOURCE asked what the original residents paid. 

“Chambers Pines residents who bought in seven years ago at $258,000,” said an Ingenia Lifestyle spokesperson. 

“Buyers in Chambers Pines who made the move early receive the full benefit of any price growth, especially with no exit fees in place and the ability to keep any capital gains, something that sets Ingenia apart from traditional retirement village operators.” 

Ingenia Lifestyle Chambers Pines, which Ingenia Communities bought in 2015 as its first over 50s community in Queensland, has now grown to be the largest built community in Ingenia Lifestyle’s Queensland portfolio with 483 homes.
