It is becoming common to see advertisements for land lease developments for retirees on realestate.com.au and domain.com.au.

Ingenia Lifestyle's first collection of 32 two- and three-bedroom homes at its "boutique” Element Fullerton Cove, Port Stephens, NSW, are now selling for $720,000. On real estate websites they are from $765,000 to $1,047,000.

A sod turning ceremony (pictured) has been held for the Wellness Clubhouse designed by project architect DKO, with landscaping by Group GSA, and to be built by North Construction & Building. Set for completion in December 2024, it will focus on resident wellness and incorporate a range of environmentally sustainable features.

The community will feature Geothermal heating and cooling, with the clubhouse having two 5,000 litre underground rainwater tanks.
