The Weekly SOURCE on Tuesday, 6 August, revealed the sector innovator’s fourth private aged care community, operated under the Retirement Villages Act.

Now Phil has given an exclusive interview to DCM Group editor Lauren Broomham where he reveals he will be building from scratch six village communities valued at $600 million-plus in six years in the Gold Coast, starting with the existing Odyssey site at Robina.
