TriCare looks to ‘ageing in place’ and ‘continuum of care’

The family-owned company wants to add six assisted living units to its 44 at its Stafford Lakes Village in Chermside West, Brisbane.

It owns nine retirement villages and 17 residential aged care homes.

TriCare’s six-storey Stafford Lakes Retirement Village is looking to ‘ageing in place’ and ‘continuum of care’ trends advocated by Ryman Healthcare.

TriCare added its proposal supports “Brisbane City Council’s target to increase the retirement and aged-care housing options in Brisbane by 50% by 2027”.
