Qld Govt and Shorelyne fund development that allows single women over 50 years of age

32 homes will be built by Metricon in Hervey Bay, on Qld’s Fraser Coast, for low-income seniors, 65 years and over and low-income single women 50 years and over. 

Queensland Government and investment fund Shorelyne will pay for the building of the one-, two- and three-bedroom dual key homes. 

Shorelyne’s CEO Danielle Kohen (pictured) said the homes will be designed to cater for older tenants' changing needs.
