1 min read

Callisto Place is part of the master-planned Polaris town centre at Bundoora, 15km northeast of Victoria's capital city CBD, with shopping, medical centres, cafes and restaurants and public transport close by.

There are 90 one-, two- and three-bedroom, pet-friendly apartments, incorporating Livable Housing Australia design standards, over six levels.

With on-site community care, allied health professionals, and a senior-specific gym with HUR equipment, shared facilities also include a cinema, bars and restaurants, a rooftop terrace and fully stocked library. All apartments are equipped with digital independence technology and an on-site concierge provides personalised support for all residents.

Chief Development and Property Officer James Mantis said Callisto Place offered residents an accessible environment with extra support if their needs change.

“People aged 65 and over are increasingly seeking purpose-built apartments co-located with services to enable connected care and positive ageing,” James said.

“Callisto Place offers all this and more – real options for people to age in place.”

Bolton Clarke’s first vertical retirement living community, Europa on Alma, St Kilda, Melbourne, opened in 2022.
